Full-Stack Developer · UX & User Research
I build full-stack products end to end and ground the decisions in real user research.
About
I'm a full-stack developer and UX researcher studying computer science at Lehigh University, with minors in data science and graphic design. I work where building and research meet, I like writing the code, but I care just as much about what happens when someone who isn't me starts using it.
This past summer I interned at the Federal Reserve Board, where I scoped and built Knowledge Exchange, a full-stack Flask and PostgreSQL platform for internal knowledge-sharing, from a design document through a working prototype to usability testing with real users. During a three-week Global Social Impact Fellowship in India in Summer 2025, I built iCodePal, an AI coding tutor Chrome extension now used in classrooms there. Across all of it, I've learned to care about the reasoning behind a decision as much as the decision itself, and to design for the person actually using the product rather than the one I imagined.
As a sophomore, I was named a Goldwater Scholarship finalist, which has shaped my interest in pursuing a PhD or Master's in human-centered computing, HCI, or information science.
Outside of work, I like to stay active, collect vinyl records, and read murder thrillers.
Experience
Application Design & Development Intern
Federal Reserve Board · Division of Research & Statistics · Washington, DC · Jun 2026 – Aug 2026
Scoped, designed, and built Knowledge Exchange, a full-stack Flask/PostgreSQL platform replacing an aging Drupal tool for internal knowledge-sharing across the Board. I wrote the design document, prioritized the feature set, built the application solo, and led usability testing with real users in the final weeks. Alongside that, I contributed to the division's SharePoint Online migration and day-to-day requests for the R&S division site, working on a cross-functional team of UX designers, engineers, and product managers in an Agile workflow.
Undergraduate Research Assistant
DiFranzo Lab (Human-Computer Interaction), Lehigh University · Bethlehem, PA · Jan 2026 – Present
This ongoing research investigates how giving users control over AI explanation depth affects both cognitive trust and cognitive load when working with AI coding assistants. The planned study uses a between-subjects design, where CS and engineering students will either be assigned a fixed explanation level or given a toggle to choose between minimal, explanatory, and exploratory explanations while completing coding tasks on a custom research platform. Currently in the design and measurement-selection phase, the project treats trust and cognitive load as parallel outcomes of interface design rather than assuming one causes the other.
